A stunning and festive charcuterie centerpiece featuring elegantly arranged meat roses, perfect for holiday gatherings and parties.

This was the centerpiece at my last holiday party and everyone was amazed by how beautiful it looked and how easy it was to assemble.

Ingredients

  • Meats: 12 slices prosciutto, 12 slices salami, 12 slices soppressata, 8 slices capicola
  • Cheeses: 150 g brie cut into wedges, 100 g manchego sliced, 100 g cheddar cubed, 80 g goat cheese crumbled
  • Fruits: 1 cup red grapes, 1 cup green grapes, 1 small pomegranate seeds only, 1 pear thinly sliced
  • Extras & Garnishes: 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts), 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1/4 cup olives (green or black), fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs, edible flowers (optional)
  • Accompaniments: 1 baguette sliced, 1 box assorted crackers

Instructions

Step 1:
Prepare a large round serving board or platter.
Step 2:
To make meat roses: a Take a wine glass and drape a slice of meat halfway over the rim. b Overlap with additional slices circling the rim until 5–7 slices are used. c Gently invert the glass onto the board releasing the rose. d Repeat with each type of meat arranging roses across the board.
Step 3:
Arrange cheese wedges slices and cubes around the meat roses.
Step 4:
Fill gaps with grapes pear slices and pomegranate seeds.
Step 5:
Add nuts dried fruit and olives in small clusters for visual interest.
Step 6:
Garnish with fresh herbs and edible flowers for a festive touch.
Step 7:
Place baguette slices and crackers along the edges or in a separate basket.
Step 8:
Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly until serving.
