# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and allow to soak for 3 minutes until softened.
02 - Add ground beef, egg, parsley, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to the breadcrumb mixture; mix gently until just combined.
03 - Shape mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add meatballs and brown all sides for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
