# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Add finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
