# Step-by-Step Directions:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - Stack the lumpia wrappers and cut into thin strips or triangles approximately 1.2 inches (3 cm) wide.
03 - Heat oil gently in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
04 - Place the sliced wrappers in a mixing bowl. Drizzle garlic-infused oil over them, season with sea salt and black pepper, and toss gently to coat evenly.
05 - Arrange coated wrappers in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Fry in batches if necessary.
