# What You Need:
→ Ham
01 - 1 fully cooked, bone-in ham (8 to 10 pounds)
→ Glaze
02 - 1 cup whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce
03 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
04 - 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
→ Garnish (optional)
09 - Fresh cranberries
10 - Orange slices
11 - Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs
# Step-by-Step Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place the ham flat side down on a rack set inside a large roasting pan. Optionally score the surface in a diamond pattern.
02 - Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
03 - Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, orange zest, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly thickened.
04 - Remove the ham from the oven, discard the foil, and brush generously with about half of the glaze.
05 - Return the uncovered ham to the oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Baste with the remaining glaze every 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and glaze is caramelized.
06 - Let the ham rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange slices, and herbs if desired.
